Embroidery is available in a wide variety of thread color and usually seen on hats, coats, overlays, dress shirts, denim, dresses, scarfs, golf shirts, etc. Upon providing any JPEG, EPS, AI, or PDF file including the image of your logo, we will digitize the file and place your design on any garment of your choosing. Using the Pantone Matching System, we will be able to match any color from your logo to ensure all forms of your advertising match. Elite Uniforms and Apparel utilizes the latest in embroidery tools and software to achieve high quality standards for your embroidered logo.
Silkscreen Printing
Screen printing is typically used to decorate t-shirts, polo’s, sweatshirts, jackets or any other garment that will withstand the printing process. Silk-screening is a printing technique where a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a piece of garment. Ideally you will want a heavier piece of fabric to withstand the printing and heated drying process; for example, a t-shirt instead of a chiffon blouse. Using the Pantone Matching System, we will be able to match any color from your logo to ensure all forms of your advertising match. Your final cost will depend on number of colors printed, number of locations to be printed, number of garments and color of garment.
Dye Sublimation Printing
Dye sublimation is a digital printing technology that uses heat transfer to apply an image to the intended substrate. The process is commonly used for decorating apparel, signs and banners as well as other items with sublimation-friendly surfaces. Heat coupled with pressure causes the dye to penetrate the interior of the substrate, creating a permanent color bond. Once the heat is removed, the dye returns to a solid form and the process is complete. As colors are embedded in the substrate or fabric, rather than printed on the surface, images on fabric won’t fade or crack even after multiple washings.
